How it works

Five steps,
all from home

From your first questions to ongoing review with a qualified Australian doctor.

  1. Woman smiling at her phone at home

Step 1: Tell us your goals

Answer questions online about your health, history and goals, so your doctor has the full picture before you meet.

  2. Pathology scientist reviewing a sample under a microscope

Step 2: Blood tests near you

Your doctor requests the tests relevant to you, done at a collection centre near you. Fees are confirmed before you book.

  3. Doctor waving hello on a video consult

    Step 3: Meet your doctor

A real-time video consult with a qualified Australian doctor to go through your results together.

  4. Woman smiling at her front door

    Step 4: Agree your plan

Your doctor may recommend lifestyle advice, further tests, a referral or treatment, only if medically appropriate.

  5. Couple smiling at a laptop together at home

Step 5: We stay with you

Regular follow-ups and repeat tests where indicated, with your plan adjusted as you go.

What's your focus?

Choose an area to focus on. Your doctor looks at your history, goals and results, and only recommends treatment if it is medically appropriate.

Doctor-guided care, built around your results

Whether this is your first assessment or you already track your numbers, your care starts the same way: your history, your goals, your pathology and a real-time consult with a qualified Australian doctor.

Who is Elite BioHealth for?

Adults 18 and over in Australia who want doctor-guided advice about energy, recovery, sleep, weight, healthy ageing and more.

Do I need blood tests?

Pathology is usually part of the process so your consultation can focus on your results. Your doctor decides which tests are relevant to you.

Will I be prescribed something?

Not necessarily. Your doctor only recommends treatment if it’s medically appropriate. Other outcomes include lifestyle advice, further tests, a referral or no treatment.

How much does it cost?

Consultation and pathology fees are confirmed before you book.

Do I need to stop seeing my GP?

No. You can keep seeing your regular GP. With your consent, we can share a summary with them so your care stays connected.

How do video consultations work?

You meet a qualified Australian doctor in real time by video, from wherever suits you. You’ll need a phone or computer with a camera and a stable internet connection. Telehealth isn’t suitable for every concern, and your doctor may recommend in-person care.

How is my information kept private?

Your health information is collected, stored and shared in line with Australian privacy law and our privacy policy. It is only shared with your care team, or with others where you consent or the law requires.

Is this an emergency service?

No. If you need urgent help, call 000 or go to your nearest emergency department.
